Coaching Approach
Our approach is very much based on identifying key / critical events, relationships and opportunities and using these as the basis of exploring demonstrable ways for the coachee to be more effective.
These points of focus are initially identified during the first session and documented in a Development Plan that then forms the basis of the overall coaching programme.
As situations and opportunities emerge, they are then absorbed into this approach. This design looks to ensure that the focus is very much grounded in organisational impact rather than purely individual and personal development in a general sense.
Coaching Services

Executive
People often don't need to learn lots of new stuff, they just need to find ways to make the most of the tools they already have. These programmes help people get 'unstuck,' optimise their opportunities and think differently about the challenges faced so they make better decisions and become more effective and impactful.

Performance
A focused improvement programme concentrating on a specific issue, situation or to develop and apply targeted skills.
These can be standalone sessions but often form part of a wider development programme.
