We believe that People Management, as a discipline, exists for one of two reasons; to improve performance or to manage/mitigate risk; if you can’t explain how a decision or activity positively impacts one or both of these two things then you need to find a different answer or maybe just stop what you’re doing and focus your attentions elsewhere.
Our services are all designed to help you and your people focus on the right things so performance is improved and risks are better managed/mitigated. Services work in one of two ways; for some things you will need to develop your own capability and to be self-sufficient, so we help you build that infrastructure, expertise and capability. Other issues happen infrequently and it may not be viable to hold the necessary expertise in-house, such as complex employment cases; a workplace disputes that require formal mediation or an audit or review of the HR function. In these cases we operate as the external independent expert.
